At the 17th of March 2010 Dr. Chrisitan Schweighofer, Ing. Mag. (FH) Maria Heindler, Elke Aigner, Irmgard Deibl and Josef Viechtbauer founded the Sports Club "FH OÖ Sports Team". This club replaces the 4 locational clubs 

Also open for People who are not belonging to the FH

The base idea of the FH OÖ Sports Team is the network philosophy. Therefore you have the opportunity to get to know the University of Supplied Sciences on the sporty way. Anyway it will be an advantage to have a certain affinity to the FH OÖ.

Creating and using synergies

The merger of the 4 locational sports clubs made a lot of benefits for club memebers possible which made it also attractive for sponsors of the team.

Establish friendships

Cultivating friendships across all faculites is also a focus beside sports.

Contest participation

It is welcomed to guide attention on the brand "FH OÖ" by entering sports competitions. A still growing range of funcitonal clothing with the own design of the FH OÖ Sports Team is existing.

Your membership fee is offset by a diverse range of sports facilities, training and courses, as well as the refund of entry fees for competitors who start and finish in the club's own club clothing.
